This video is the personal creed of Dax Moy, the UK’s leading Personal Trainer.
I think it is a very good example of how we should be living our lives.
* Not leading a life of fear.
* Suspending disbelief (my personal favourite words from Dax) – Suspending disbelief reminds us that really there should be no reason why we can’t achieve anything even if it seems so remotely impossible.
This video should help you figure out what’s important to you.
For me, I like to base my life around the old saying from Zig Ziglar “If you give enough people what they want, you’ll get what you want”.
That forms the basis of my creed.
The other thing I like to use to help shape my creed is these 71 tips to massive success from Boot Camp Business Expert Steve Hochman .
I read these tips every day when I am reading through my Magic Hundred.
I encourage you to print off Steve’s tips and get on board with your own copy of Dax’s Magic Hundred.
Don’t be left sitting on the fence when it comes to getting out and making things happen.
As tedious as it sounds, goal setting and motivation go hand in hand. If you don’t review your goals every day how on earth do you expect them to come true?
Reading my goals everyday, and doing what Steve says and reciting them in front of the mirror each morning and night, only helps reinforces the thought into my subconscious that they are going to come true.
I hope you use this video to help you with your own personal creed to success. I know it’s helped mine.
