I’m going to show you a video today of the best beginners bodyweight workout that you can do. It is simple and easy to follow.
I originally designed this workout for a friend who had a history of bad lower back pain so it couldn’t be too intense and there were some limitations obviously meaning the more intense exercises that I sometimes feature on here were out of the question.
So here it is in plain and simple explanations.
Start off with 10 reps of each exercise
Push Ups
Wallsit
Side Plank
Waiters Bow
Hover
Back Extensions
Your bodyweight weight loss workouts don’t have to be rocket science – just get in and make them happen!
