Tough Bodyweight Workout – The Lucky 13


Today my regular workout partner – one of my elite clients – had to bail on me due to a board meeting he’s involved with. We usually do our workouts together twice a week and he’s in pretty good nick so we push each other and it’s always a good session.

So rather than say “Oh well” and give today a miss I’m going to be doing a bodyweight workout instead. And trust me, it won’t be a walk in the park.

It will involve every single muscle in the body – many times over.

I call it the Lucky 13 workout.

There’s 13 exercises and each exercise has 50 reps. Do the maths and that’s 650 reps using nothing but your own bodyweight.

Who said bodyweight training was easy? Not when you do it the Bodyweight Blitz way.
