Tips On How To Get Toned And Sexy Arms

Hi Daniel,
I also bought Rylan’s book & am on Day 8 already. It’s very easy to follow his workout & menu plans. If anyone is looking for a simple format to follow (the workouts are simple in concept but you need to WORK to get results), this plan will work!

Perfect Maureen you hit the nail on the head! You need to WORK to get results! Well said. Unfortunately like Rylan says in his book you just can’t read the info (same goes for on here) and expect it all to happen. You have to put it all into practice with no short cuts or excuses. Nail it Maureen, just like you always do!
