The War Against video series continues today and judging by the comments on The War Against Breakfast Cereal post on Monday I am on the money and am not the only one thinking these thoughts.
Today I want to help you maximise your gym workout routine by ensuring that crunches are not part of that workout.
So I bring you The War Against Crunches.
Join the fight and save your back from this dangerous exercise that will definitely NOT burn belly fat.
So there you have it. Only do crunches if you are not serious about achieving fat loss results and you want to be donating to a local physio’s retirement fund.

I touched on a lot of the same points as you. It’s always great to see the good info getting out there to the people instead of all these ab gadgets and crap that they sell on infomercials.
