Todays post will be short and to the point.
When it comes to achieving weight loss success there are any number of exercises that you can do to ensure you are on track.
But as far as I am concerned, and there are no buts about it, in my book the 2 most effective fat loss exercises that must be a part of your weight loss workouts are the 1 Arm Snatch and Up Downs.
These are definitely not exercises that everyone can just rock up and attempt.
They are really hard exercises.
I do promise you that you will be achieving weight loss sucess if you implement them into your workout programs.
I currently don’t have any video of just an up down demonstration but you can find them in a few of my You Tube videos right here.
I do have a demonstration for you of how to perform a 1 arm snatch though.
I love incorporating these exercises as part of my bootcamp Sydney classes and my role as a Sydney Personal Trainer and fat loss expert basically demands me to be on top of the most effective weight loss workouts.
