My Wedding Photos

Thankyou to everyone for their well wishes for my wedding!

The day was perfect and the best day of my life. It was really hot – 40 + degrees and then just after our photos finished we got a massive storm come through – lucky it held out for the ceremony and photos.

I’m back from an awesome time in Hawaii and here’s a photo for those who were asking.

And yes, you are right – I am batting well above my average with my wife – she’s amazing!

hi daniel! long time no “talk to”. firstly, congratulations on your new marriage!! you & your wife look fabulous & she’s gorgeous (what i expected! ;-) ).
secondly, i never responded re your fat loss project prize of the personal training phone call on skype. I had to have hip resurfacing surgery 6 weeks ago & even though the contest was over before that, i knew i was going into a non-workout phase for a few weeks & just didn’t have the time or energy for doing the call (i know, i know, excuses, excuses…). i had hip resurfacing vs a total hip arthroplasty which basically works for younger patients (under 50) who are fit & willing to put in the effort to rehab so that more of the femur bone could be preserved (in case i have to have a total hip surgery in 20 yrs…).
Anyway, i’m back in the game now & working out again but i’m not able to do some of the moves like pylometric jumps or jumping jacks, etc. I think i will be able to eventually, but i’m not quite there yet. I also can’t do moves like spiderman twists since they break the precaution rules that i have to follow for awhile longer.
Bottom line, i’m glad you’re back & look forward to getting your weekly emails & would love to do another 6 or 8wk program w/you. Rylan is doing his 2nd guinea pig project & it looks like it’s going to help save a few people from packing on extra poundage over the holidays :-) .

thankyou girls! @maureen – hope you have a fast recovery and rehab. I know you’ll be back in the game better than ever in ’10.
