After having a week off last Monday from the regular Munday’s Motivation due to the long weekend I’ve got a good one for you today.
Today I’ve got one for any complainers in your life – hopefully not you – from Self Help Guru Anthony J. D’Angelo:
“If you have time to whine and complain about something then you have the time to do something about it” –
I can wholeheartedly agree with that as I am sure most of you can.
I remember back when I was working in a gym and hated the environment the people that I worked for created – so I did something about that. I started my own business and got out of there!
I remember back in the day when I came back from 3 months working in the USA 10kg (22lbs) heavier then when I left (yep in only 3 months). I did something about it and busted my gut when I got home to ensure that I’d never end up like that again.
But without a doubt my biggest victory was getting on with things after my Dad suddenly passed after a massive heart attack. I could’ve complained that the life just sucks and nothings fair etc etc.
Yes, it hit me for six – but after a lot of self-reflection I decided to use it as a kick up the backside that nothing is ever handed to us on a platter. We have to work hard for anything you want.
Whether that is losing your belly fat, getting the dream job you’re after or finding the perfect partner. It doesn’t matter. The main thing is you don’t just turn it up, give up and complain about what could’ve been.
So I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the fence.
Remember, there really are no excuses that you can use to complain or try to justify any situation.
I know that I’m not the only one who has beaten any sort of adversity.
What’s been your best success that occurred when you took action rather than complain about your situation? I’d love to hear from anyone brave enough to share.
And remember, after even the darkest of days, the sun still rises the next morning and we all have another chance.
So long as we don’t complain.

Great post! Nobody wants to be around a complainer, they just give off negative energy if you ask me. I tend to keep my distance from complainers and hang out with positive active people who look for improvement in their lives. No one is perfect, but as long as you are having a go and having fun doing it. That’s the attitude that I love!
Spot on there – nobody is perfect but we can have a go to remove the negative thoughts & people that sabotage our success
