Did you see the article in the Telegraph on Saturday about how great Michelle Obama looks after her decision to go sleeveless for her official portrait?
I got to thinking that there are so many women out there who will now be looking up to Michelle Obama and her great figure but not every woman can spend the time that Michelle does, and not every woman has the workout equipment available.
So I’ve come up with a couple of great bodyweight exercises thrown into one program to get rid of those flabby arms and ensure that your weight loss workouts are workouts that count.
I even filmed these bodyweight exercises while I was up in the Hunter Valley yesterday – some nice scenery in the background sure makes up for having to look at my mug don’t you think!
Isn’t it great that at 45 years old, Michelle Obama has sent out a powerful message to all women that you are definitely not over the hill once your thirties are over. She definitely brings a touch of class and glamour to the Oval Office that has been missing for a while.
Now, while Michelle looks amazing, I think that she could be more efficient in her weight loss workouts. Apparently she trains for 60 to 90 minutes each workout with her personal trainer.
Great if you have the time.
Most women don’t.
That’s why this weight loss workout will give you the Michelle Obama workout feel that every American woman is asking for these days but it will only take you a fraction of the time and you don’t need any equipment for it!
Simply go through the following exercises a minimum of three times, but up to five times for maximum effect and enjoy the heart rate going up.
Time taken? Will be less than 20 minutes. Get in, get out. Don’t mess about. That’s the Aussie Fatblast motto.

Hey Caroline! I thought it was the perfect spot to pull over to the side of the road and get the camera out! Michelle is a great role model and will hopefully lead the way for many women to get into shape while her husband is in office

Now if we could just her to realize that 40-70 minutes of that 6o-90 minutes she works out is totally unnecessary! Time is the one thing we don’t have enough of but with workout plans like yours, lack of time no excuse not to workout! Keep up the great work and keep showing us that gorgeous scenery! …With scenery like that why would anyone ever workout indoors?
