		<description>You are right on the money Dan. Works well for me. Although there is no evidence that having carbs after a big training session does you any good. Protein is what you need, give the carbs a miss as insulin suppresses the growth hormone production that the workout promotes. There is no good argument for carbs in the diet at all but they are a bit hard to avoid at times. I subscribe to the Paleo diet myself, see: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/  and search for Paleo Diet. I don&#039;t think the human digestive system has evolved to process grains or handle lots of carbohydrates like we&#039;re told we should eat. In fact I think the recommended dietary pyramid is killing us.</description>
