For some busy people the Australian goverments relief stimulus package will be arriving in your bank accounts very soon and there are literally 900 ways that you could spend your $900.

* Time = takes approx 45 minutes for each workout. Not unrealistic but hard if you are really short on time
* No recipe suggestions

Ideal For: People who enjoy training in the gym and the superset format of training

Now for the women, The Go Sleeveless Program is totally different to most online products and with good reason, much like my Aussie Fatblast program, but it delivers the goods.

PROS:
* Women only workout so it focuses on what women want = getting rid of their flabby arms and other trouble spots
* home based workout routine with limited equipment

CONS:
* Like Aussie Fatblast, the investment is more than other programs but with good reason when you see what’s included
* Relative newcomer but don’t let that put you off

Ideal For: Women who have hard to get rid of trouble spots.

PROS:
* The Biggest selling online fat loss workout at present so it must be doing something right for people!
* Investment less than $40USD
* Good exercise selection

CONS:
* Disappointing bonuses that have been used by many people before
* No nutrition guidelines or recipes

Ideal For: People that really want to lose their belly fat but it targets the whole body so not just a spot reduction program
