How To Lose Inches Of Belly Fat

Achieving fat loss and that ever elusive feat of being able to lose inches of belly fat doesn’t have to be all complicated.

If you read between the lines of most decent programs they should all have the same common ingredients that you are about to discover.

If not, run for the hills my friend cause it’s going to get messy and you won’t be a happy camper in the end.

First of all, you need to remove basically any processed food from your diet. As a rule, most things that come in a box or a packet are not ideal so should not be a part of your healthy eating plan.

Your food choices should come from the ground or grow on a tree or have walked this earth at some stage.

Eliminating wheat from your diet is the biggest positive step you can make.

Wheat bloats you and makes you feel like rubbish and can give some people bad gas.

The number of people who have experienced massive fat loss results just from eliminating wheat (myself included) is growing by the day.

My clients that experience the best results are the ones that follow this secret eat healthy tip from me.

So what foods should you eat? I recommend people eat fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs (including the yoke), lean meat and nuts and seeds. Greek Yoghurt too is okay in small amounts.

Cut out as much diary as possible, except for a little bit of greek yoghurt if you choose to have that.

If you drink coffee, stick to a long black and avoid any extra calories from milk or latte’s or any other variation.

Green tea is great to drink as well. In fact, I’m off to have one now as soon as this is live!

Training wise, you need to be doing resistance training, and not just any type of weight loss workouts, you must be doing exercises that use multiple muscles at once like a push up, a squat, chin up or a deadlift.

Those four exercises have worked every muscle in your body. Don’t use machines at your gym. Kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight are your best choices.

You also need to include interval training as part of your sessions and not long, boring aerobic sessions like walking on the treadmill at 5km/h.

A good example of some interval training routines are when you train at a high intensity like a 20 second sprint followed by a slower recovery period like a 10 second walk.

Follow these steps and you will be on your way to getting the body that you deserve.

Now the challenge is on you.
