		<description>Well I had know idea that insulin resistance had anything to do with diabetes. On my assessment at the gym recently, they said that I measured greatly for diabetes. I refused the information, but now I am beginning to see that it could be so. Thanks for the article Daniel.</description>

It&#039;s interesting that you find fasting works for you. I know there&#039;s a lot of research to back it but the jurys out for me on it at the moment.

		<description>Hi Daniel, great article! I was actually reading about insulin resistance earlier today and I&#039;m sure I have it too since diabetes runs in both sides of my family. From my experience, fasting is the only that has helped me. I do eat mostly complex carbs but even that is not enough for me. Fasting increases insulin sensitivity so it works well for me. There is a lot of debates/myths out there whether fasting is good for our health or not but I&#039;m a firm believer in it. 

Thanks for the post and letting the whole world know about insulin resistance. I think that it&#039;s a lot more common than a lot of people think it is.
