Hotel Room Bodyweight Workout For You


I hope you’re nailing your home exercise routine!

I want to get your weekend started on the right note so I’ve got another bodyweight workout for your next session – you can even do this on the road if you’re travelling this weekend cause I’ve borrowed it from one of Craig Ballantyne’s Hotel Room Workouts.

Check it out and see how you go (BTW – it’s not for the faint hearted)

Y-Squat – 15 reps
1-Leg Romanian Deadlift – 8 reps per side
Reverse Lunge – 15 reps per side
Spiderman Pushup – 8 reps per side (these are tough)
1-Leg Reaching Lunge – 12 reps per side
X-Body Mountain Climber (I call em Spiderman Twists) – 10 reps per side
Prone Stick-up – 8 reps
T-Pushup – 10 reps per side

Intervals – Running in Place – not as silly or easy as it sounds.
Try it for 20 seconds running, 10 seconds recovery (very slow walking in place)
Repeat 8 times so it’s a total of 4 minutes interval action.

Nail it – it’s not as easy as it looks and it looks tough!
