The secret healthy eating tip that I am about to share with you is something that busy people can often overlook in the quest for weight loss success.
This may be especially true of you if you are struggling to achieve the fat loss results or if you have it a recent plateau in your mission.
Which leads me to these words of the week.
“What would you attempt to do if you knew you would not fail?” – Robert Schuller
Now, to tell you the truth I had no idea of who Robert Schuller was when I found this quote this morning on my Twitter page but when I googled him he is a televangelist. Think what you will of this but it’s some pretty powerful words don’t you think?
Let me start off and tell you what I’d attempt.
I’m currently working on a project that I think has the potential to make a pretty big dent in the fat loss industry this year.
It won’t cost a cent for people to be a part of – hence the appeal that it will have. I’m keeping it an actual secret for now, but you’ll be the first to hear about it if you are registered for my updates.
I’ve been working on this for the last week and am putting the pieces together for the launch early May so that’s what I’m putting my energies into at the moment. I am not thinking about what if it doesn’t take off. I know it will.

Hey Dan,
This tip is so obvious that many people miss it! “But I eat all the right things” they say and quite often they do. Trouble is their meals are just too big for their activity levels. Think not just quality, but quantity and frequency!
