One of the questions I get asked the most as an in demand Sydney Personal Trainer revolves around coffee and what the deal is with it.
So in this part of my regular healthy eating tips section I am going to give you the run down on Coffee and I’m going to break down this food myth once and for all.
Now, I’ll make an upfront admission, I admit to loving a good long black and what I’m going to say is going to annoy some people and make others feel better.
So today I’m going to show you:
Is coffee good for you?
Is coffee bad?
How much coffee is too much?
Have I just admitted to a major weakness?
