Eat clean, stay lean is a little rhyme I like to describe the types of foods that we all should be eating as part of our healthy eating plan.
Fortunately, fat loss, and just general health doesn’t have to be rocket science.

I loved this video so much I linked to it on our blog. Thanks Daniel! It makes so much sense! I try to have a diet of clean, simple unprocessed foods and feel so much better for it. I love to read food labels and know that those E numbers are artificial colors and flavors that are damaging to our bodies. The good thing about fresh fruit and veg is that they are natually free of preservatives, artificial colors and flavors!
That is how I like my food.
