Bodyweight Tabata Workout Challenge

My friend and UK Personal Training Guru Dax Moy is widely known around the world as the creator of The Magic Hundred program which I really dig but what most people may not know is that he is the UK’s most expensive Personal Trainer (and proudly so).

Why? Because he’s an absolute genius and a nice guy too.

Dax has a killer bodyweight challenge using the good old Tabata workout style that he calls his Meltdown Workout.

As you can see it’s only 2 exercises – a Recline Row on a tree using a towel and a Squat and Slide motion. Simply repeat each one for 20 secs and rest for 10 secs. Then move onto the next exercise.

You’ll do this for 4 mins – 4 times on each exercise and by the end of the 4 mins you’ll be sweating, puffing and feeling pretty smashed!

If you’re up for the challenge rest for 1 minute and do it all again for total bodyweight meltdown.

Give it a shot. Bodyweight Training is awesome even if it isn’t one of my Bodyweight Blitz workouts!
