This is a question that is worth its weight in gold once you find the real answer.
If you’ve been following me for any length of time, you’ll be well aware that I’m a massive fan of bodyweight training and let me tell you here and now, there are some great success stories that I have from people using just bodyweight training alone – and none of the mumbo jumbo rubbish you’ll find in gyms – to get some fantastic fat loss results.
Bodyweight Training is so great because you can do it anywhere, anyplace and anytime.
Interstate for business? No worries, do it in your hotel room
Beautiful day outside? No worries, do it in the local park
Got stuck at work and missed the gym opening times? No worries, do it in your bedroom before you go to bed or when you wake up first thing in the morning.
The only limit is your imagination.
I’ve done bodyweight workouts in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, at the Colosseum in Rome and on the cliffside in Santorini just to name a couple of great exotic places.
I can tell you all of this until I’m blue in the face but if you still don’t believe me check out what Maureen achieved in only 8 weeks:
The program that delivered those results is Bodyweight Blitz and it will be available for you to get your hands on very, very soon.
In the meantime though, I want to totally remove the mistaken belief that some people have that bodyweight training is just not an effective fat loss workout.
To help you along I’ve got a free Benefits of Bodyweight Training audio mp3 that I want to give you for nothing.
Simply put your name and email in the box below and get your free copy today. You’ll also be on the VIP advanced notice list for when Bodyweight Blitz is ready to roll.

I love body weight training for all the reasons you mention, especially the flexibility. I’m always on the go with either work or my kids and sometimes my schedule simply doesn’t allow access to my local gym. I\ve always wondered if what I\’m doing is still moderately effective and I’m glad to hear I\’m not totally off-base.
Thanks.
you’re definitely on the money with bodyweight workouts – it’s the no excuses workout solution!
