@leslie thanks for your comments. I agree to drink water before and after a meal or when people feel hungry that's a great point. I'm not sold on the Chi thing yet though but I respect your opinion

@James Glad you liked - the best tip I can give you with your boot camps is to do the opposite of what everyone else in your area is doing. Most people follow the crowd. Why not set the trend? Short workouts like 30-45 mins are definitely the go if you train busy people and follow anything that Steve Hochman says - http://www.stevehochman.com

My teacher states that if we drink whenever we are thirsty then we will get enough water. Substitute thirsty for the times we think that we are hungry or when we feel stressed and want to grab something sugary or chocolate or whatever and we will drink our quota very easily. Everyone has a different amount that they require. The thought is that too much water and we flush the Chi out of the kidneys and that leads to problems with our kidneys. Once Chi is gone, it is not easily or ever replaced. So I agree with the rest of your thoughts.

Yeah I have to agree there James. That's a very valid point. Green tea definitely has some health benefits.

Great list Daniel,

I'd add Green Tea to number 6. I know you said no to coffee and tea but I think there's enough goodness in the green tea to outweight the badness. Very scientific statement!
